H-4 VISA PROGRAM (MI FAMILIA) INFORMATION

The H4 visa is reserved for immediate family members (Spouse and any children under 20) of the H-2A, H-2B and other visa holders. This visa is authorized through the US Citizenship and Immigration Services the same as the other non immigration approvals. The H-4 visa holders must return to their respective countries at the same time the petitioning employee does. H-4 visa holders may not work in the United States under this Visa.
